1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using XenonPrint ("we", "us", "our") website and services at xenonprint.com, operated by Adyverse Creations (OPC) Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Services

XenonPrint provides custom printing services including stickers, labels, packaging, cards and marketing materials. All products are custom-made to order based on specifications provided by the customer.

4. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in USD and include international shipping.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• An order is confirmed only after payment is received in full.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion with a full refund.
• Minimum order quantities apply as specified on each product page.

5. Artwork & Design

• Customers are responsible for ensuring their artwork is correct, including spelling, grammar, layout and color accuracy.
• We provide a free digital proof before printing. Production begins only after the customer approves the proof.
• By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the legal right to use all elements in the design, including logos, images and fonts.
• XenonPrint is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork.
• We offer free design assistance. Designs created by our team remain the property of XenonPrint until full payment is received.

6. Production & Delivery

• Standard production time is 3 working days after proof approval.
• Express production time is 1 working day after proof approval.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• XenonPrint is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Before proof sent: Full refund if cancellation is requested before we send the digital proof.
• After proof approved: No refund once the customer has approved the proof, as production begins immediately.
• Quality issues: If there is a printing defect or error on our part, we will reprint the order or issue a coupon credit of equivalent value.
• Wrong artwork: No refund if the customer uploaded incorrect artwork and approved the proof.
• Shipping damage: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a reprint.
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

8. Prohibited Content

We do not print content that includes:

• Hateful, discriminatory or offensive material
• Counterfeit logos or trademarked designs without permission
• Illegal content of any kind
• Adult or explicit content

We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

XenonPrint's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of business, revenue or profits.

10. Color Accuracy

Colors may vary slightly between screen display and printed output due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes. We print to industry standard color profiles and cannot guarantee exact color matching to screen.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Adyverse Creations (OPC) Pvt Ltd.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
